Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds & Exchanges
The refund and exchange policy only covers items that are defective or damaged. You must notify us within 30 days of the problem and if you want a refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email that your item has been received. If the return is approved and you have indicated that you want a refund rather than an exchange, then the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
