Tree Poetry Leaves respects your right to control your data. This page explains how to request deletion of your Tree Poetry Leaves account and the data associated with it.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email to poetrymasterpeace@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Tree Poetry Leaves account.
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
3. Include your username so we can locate your account.
4. We will confirm your identity and process your request within 14 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we permanently delete:

• Your account credentials (email, encrypted password)
• Your profile information (username, avatar photo, branch color)
• Your poems, verses, likes, and follows
• Your device push notification token

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information for a short period after deletion where required by law or for legitimate purposes, such as:

• Records of moderation actions (e.g., content removed for violating our guidelines), retained for up to 90 days for safety and legal compliance purposes.
• Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you.

Content you contributed to other users' collaborative poems (verses added to someone else's poem) may remain visible if removing it would break the structure of that poem, but it will no longer be attributed to your account or personal data.
